Plumbing:(sink, ice maker, dishwasher) Bars can have all the amenities of a modern kitchen. You just have to plan for them. Make sure you do this early. ( before drywall)
Heating & Air:(You need air flow) Before drywall
Electrical:(lights, kegerator, mini refrigerator)
Lights in and around the bar always make a statement, plus it helps to see. There are many ways to illuminate the bar (again things to know before drywall). Kegerators and mini refrigerators are nice because they don’t need plumbing, just a plug in.
Drywall:(install or repair) Make sure all your utilities are in order, this is the time for changing your mind if you have to. Photos before drywall can also be very useful.
