Cabinets can come in a variety of  forms. There’s Kitchens, vanities, bars, china cabinets, etc. They’re all basically some form of cabinetry. The list of measurements below are intended as a guideline only - cabinets can be built to any practical size.

Now the cabinet depth will always vary depending on whether you desire appliances or not. Everyplace that sells appliances will provide specification sheets (before you buy) with all the needed dimensions. However, most appliances do not exceed 24″ in depth. It is very important to know exactly what you’re building before you build it! So when you are laying out those cabinets, make sure to have those specs.
